CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY:
Advance notice of 24 hours is required when canceling an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. If you are late for your session, your session will be shortened and you will be responsible for payment for the full session. If you end your session early, you will be responsible for payment for the full session. Clients with 2 or more no-shows must prepay for all appointments.
